Retinol 1% in Squalane 30ml

The Ordinary’s Retinol 1% in Squalane provides a water-free solution with 1% retinol, an ingredient known for reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by a lack of collagen and elastin. It also helps to even out skin texture and tone. This high-potency formula is enriched with squalane, a natural moisturizing agent found in the skin, which enhances surface-level hydration and helps prevent dryness associated with retinol use. The Ordinary recommends starting with a lower concentration of retinol, such as Retinol 0.2% in Squalane, and gradually increasing to Retinol 0.5% in Squalane and Retinol 1% in Squalane. However, those with sensitive skin may prefer newer retinoid technologies, such as the ones found in the Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion.
